This promotion is open for new domain name registrations made from 18 August 2026 to 16 September 2026. - Eligible Domain Names
This promotion is applicable to new registrations of the following six (6) .MY domain name categories:
.MY
.COM.MY
.NET.MY
.ORG.MY
.BIZ.MY
.NAME.MY
This promotion does not apply to registrations of .gov.my, .edu.my, .mil.my, and .coop.my - Eligibility
This promotion is open to customers who register an eligible domain name through Myduniahosting, a MYNIC Accredited Registrar, during the promotion period. - Compliance with Domain Name Policies
All new domain name registrations must comply with all applicable MYNIC domain name policies, including the Acceptable Use and Abuse Policy and Data Protection Policy. - Prize
There will be ONE (1) winner selected for the Merdeka & Malaysia Day Special Campaign prize. - Winner Selection and Contact
The winner will be selected by Myduniahosting based on the promotion eligibility criteria. In the event that the selected winner is uncontactable or fails to respond within the stipulated period, Myduniahosting reserves the right to select another winner. - Prize Award
The prize is scheduled to be awarded following the conclusion of the promotion period. Myduniahosting reserves the right to amend, postpone, or reschedule the prize presentation at its discretion and will notify the winner accordingly. - Publicity and Promotion
The winner may be required to participate in an interview, photograph, video recording, or other promotional activities relating to the promotion. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Myduniahosting may feature the winner and related promotion content on its official website and social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and other promotional channels. - Limitation of Liability
Myduniahosting shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense, or claim suffered or incurred by any participant or winner arising out of or in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. - Campaign Modification or Cancellation
[Registrar Name] reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, cancel, amend, or modify this promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary. Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. The decision of Myduniahosting on all matters relating to or in connection with this promotion shall be final. - Prevailing Terms
In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and any brochure, advertisement, marketing material, promotional material, or other communication relating to this promotion, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail. - Prize Collection Costs
Any costs, expenses, or charges incurred by the winner in relation to the collection or receipt of the prize shall be borne by the respective winner, unless otherwise stated by Myduniahosting. - Acceptance of Terms
