If you host your website with Myduniahosting, you will not be required to purchase a dedicated IP address. Some web hosting companies might require this. Please make sure to check this beforehand with your host. However, if you are hosting your website or apps on your own server, please do make sure that you have already configured the server with a public IP Address which are accessible from the internet and also the common name (CN) that you used for the certificate are resolvable to your server public IP Address.
For Organization & Extended Validation SSL Certificates, you will be required to validate the authenticity of your company with the CA.

You will be sent an email asking you to complete the SSL’s enrollment. You will then be required to complete domain validation. You may choose to validate your domain either by email verification or file-based verification. Email verification requires you to approve an email that will be sent to an email address specified during enrollment. File-based verification requires uploading a provided file to the root directory of your domain.
Following completion of domain validation, you will either be issued your SSL (domain validation), or be required to submit your business documentation to the certificate authority (organization & extended validation).

Yes, you may do so. Please ensure that you have generated a correct certificate signing request (CSR) and resubmit it to our system. Once the SSL certificate has been approved, you will receive your new SSL certificate.
